The Harvard Kennedy Journal of Hispanic Policy is a student-run Latino policy review at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Founded in 1985, the journal is HKS’s oldest student-run journal and one of the premier publications in the nation focused on public policy issues that impact Latina and Latino communities in the United States and Puerto Rico.
The Harvard Kennedy School of Journal of Hispanic Policy is nonpartisan and seeks a wide range of submissions for print and web publication. Our website provides a platform for rapid, relevant dissemination of timely policy perspectives, while the annual print edition continues our 30-year tradition of rigorous, peer-reviewed policy research.
